Additional features include two guest suites, each with a king size bed and spa-inspired, attached bathroom, designer lighting, hardwood flooring, a washer/dryer closet, and two parking spaces. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Guests will appreciate mountain and Park Hyatt views from the furnished terrace, as well as the convenience of being steps from the Village and base of Beaver Creek Mountain. Deposit, Final Payment, Cancellation

Spring, Summer & Fall (April 16 – November 19) A 5% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 48 hours prior to arrival at which time the stay is non-refundable.

Winter (November 20 – April 15*) A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

*Holiday (December 20 – January 1) A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
