Additional features include three guest suites, each with a spa-inspired bathroom (the first has a king size bed, the second has two queen size beds, the third has a twin-over-twin bunk bed), a stacked washer/dryer, and ceiling fans.

Guests will enjoy forest views from the covered terrace, as well as the convenience of being steps from the base of Beaver Creek Mountain and Village dining and shopping. Deposit, Final Payment, Cancellation

Spring, Summer & Fall (April 16 – November 19) A 5% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 48 hours prior to arrival at which time the stay is non-refundable.

Winter (November 20 – April 15*) A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

*Holiday (December 20 – January 1) A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
