Additional features include two guest suites, each with an attached lavish bathroom (the first has a king size bed, the second has two queen size beds), a bonus room/den with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a washer/dryer closet. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Guests will enjoy forest views from the terrace, as well as the convenience of being steps from the base of Beaver Creek Mountain and Village dining and shopping. Complimentary shuttle service, a year-round swimming pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center and sauna are also available.

Deposit, Final Payment, Cancellation

Spring, Summer & Fall (April 16 – November 19) A 5% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 48 hours prior to arrival at which time the stay is non-refundable.

Winter (November 20 – April 15*) A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

*Holiday (December 20 – January 1) A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
