Additional features include three guest suites, each with an attached bathroom (primary has a king size bed and 55” TV, secondary has two double beds, a 45” TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, desk/work space, and can be locked off), a third bedroom with two twin beds and a 45” TV, ceiling fans, stacked washer/dryer, and garage parking for one vehicle. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Deposit, Final Payment, Cancellation

Spring, Summer & Fall (April 16 – November 19) A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival at which time the stay is non-refundable.

Winter (November 20 – April 15*) A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

*Holiday (December 20 – January 1) A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
